Shipping and delivery
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with your unique tracking number.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time will depend on where you are in the world. Check out these shipping guesstimates to give you an idea of how long you'll need to wait:
Australia: 2-8 business days
New Zealand: 2-8 business days
International friends: Expect around 5-21 business days (Could take up to 4 weeks if things are slow)
Do you offer international shipping?
You bet! We want you to feel Really Nice, wherever you are in the world so we offer international shipping to most countries for a flat fee of $22AUD. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is your packaging made of?
At Really Nice Tea, we use 100% biodegradable and compostable packaging. If you've purchased one of our fantastic loose tea blends you'll see that we use “BIO Kraft/PLA” to denote the makeup of our pouches.Kraft pouches are made of paper and lined with compostable polylactic acid (PLA) which helps to seal in the freshness. We go to great lengths to ensure there is no plastic in our pouches. As such, our packaging is 100% compostable and is ideal for housing our teas.
What happens if my favourite blend is out of stock?
No worries, our friends at the warehouse are working hard to get your blend restocked ASAP. And if on the off chance we run out after you've placed your order, we'll do the polite thing and offer you a wait, a swap, or a refund – your choice.
Can I send some tea as a gift?
Absolutely! We're all for spreading the love. Just remember to share the lucky recipient's deets during checkout. We don't currently offer gift-wrapping but we're certain your loved one will love their tea delivery all the same.

Are your blends all organic?
Yes. All of our blends contain 100% organic ingredients. We've also run our blends past our trusty naturopath to ensure we're bringing you the best combination of herbs to give you the support you're looking for.
Can I drink your tea when pregnant?
If you're expecting, we recommend chatting with your healthcare professional before sipping new blends, just to be safe.
Are your teas naturopath-approved?
Yes they are! We work closely with our beautiful naturopath Brooke Oke to make sure all of the ingredients in our blends have their part to play in making you feel Really Nice.
Is your tea allergy-friendly?
Our blends should be allergy-friendly for most people, but always check the labels or shoot us an email if you're in doubt.
Is your tea gluten-free?
Yep! All of our blends are currently gluten-free.

Can I cancel my order?
If you make a mistake, shoot us an email at reallyniceteaco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order details. We'll do our best but our friends at the warehouse are pretty quick at packing your orders so we can't make any promises.
What if there's something wrong with my tea?
In the unlikely event there's something wrong with your tea, we've got your back with a 30-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date. Just drop us an email at reallynicetea@gmail.com and we'll get things sorted for you.
Will you spill my tea to third parties?
Nah, we're not into oversharing. Your details are safe with us – pinky promise.
