Our refund policy
If there's ever something wrong with your Really Nice Tea products, we've got your back with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the moment your tea arrives at your door.
Send us an email at reallynicetea@gmail.com within those 30 days and we'll be happy to fix any issues. Just remember, not loving how our tea tastes doesn't qualify you for a refund – sorry! Any questions, just ask.
The nitty-gritty return details
On the chance you do need to send some tea love back to us please make sure you use tracked postage. This means that if anything happens during transit, like lost or damaged goods it will be easier for you to figure out what went wrong. We can't be responsible for any parcels that you're sending back to us – sorry! We'd recommend speaking to your local postal service about insurance and stuff like that.
