What is your inner spring?

Your Inner Spring is the phase between your period and ovulation, usually around day 6 to 11 of your cycle. It’s a time when your body gently shifts from rest into renewal. While many cycle charts reference a 28-day cycle, yours may look a little different — and that’s perfectly normal.

“In this phase, oestrogen and the ovulatory hormones FSH and LH are rising,” shares Brooke. “These are energising and stimulating hormones. They can bring more lightness, emotional balance, and sharper focus. When hormones are in sync, we often feel creative, inspired, and motivated.”
